TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Quotes valid for 7 days.

• Small orders require full payment upon ordering. 

• Custom Cake orders require a 50% deposit. When the deposit is made, the order will become confirmed. Remaining balance is due 7 days before pick up or delivery.

• Please contact us for short notice orders and we will do our best to accommodate. 

• Payment can be made via Credit Card or Direct Deposit.

• Full payment for Wedding Cakes are required 14 days before the scheduled pick up/delivery date.

• Deposit will be held towards a future order for cancellation within 4 weeks of event.

• Deposit will be forfeited if order is cancelled less than 2 weeks before event.

• Postage times vary and there can be delays which are out of our control - please allow sufficient time for delivery when ordering cookies to be posted.

WEDDING CAKES

• Although we aim to provide a cake as close to your vision as possible, all products are handmade and therefore your order may have variation from the original design requested.

• We will not be held liable for any damage caused to the products once they have been provided to you at our premises or delivered to the venue once we have left the premises. 

• All products are produced in a kitchen where gluten, dairy and nuts are present. Please contact us for specific dietary needs. 

• Hiring of cake stands and accessories require a $20 deposit which will be refunded on their safe return.
